“Paint the Seasons” An acrylic, landscape painting landscape course inspired by the seasons.

This course is suitable for experienced painters and those who haven’t picked up a paint brush since school.

A colour fuelled, six week, evening course designed to encourage you to consider using colour to express temperature, mood and time of day.

Skies are often overlooked but in this workshop we’ll be focusing on them and painting them BIG.

If you think adding a splash of Blue or sunset orange means your sky is done think again.

In this workshop we’ll be considering different ways to make our sky the focal point in our landscape painting.

A five week abstract and Abstraction painting course investigating different ways to create and be inspired.

This course is suitable for experienced painters and those who haven’t picked up a brush since school. CLick through to the course information to take a look at some of the paintings we created on our last Abstract course.

We’ll be creating five new paintings for 2026! We will focus on using acrylic paint but we’ll also be using cling film, collage, pen, a paddling pool and maybe a little bit of sand.

This course will not be running on Easter Sunday (5th April) but there will be chocolate.

I’ll be working with artist and printer Hattie Lockhart Smith to bring you a Gelli printing and painting workshop. Think Fun, Messy, Big and Bold.

We’ll be painting, printing, collaging and then painting some more.

In this workshop, we’ll learn to mix a rich, harmonious colour palette perfect for capturing the mood of a night-scene landscape.

We will work from our own reference photos, exploring shadow and moonlight.

Using acrylic paint, we will build layers, textures, and depth to create a finished nightscape to be proud of.
